2020 - 2025 Strategy

Our strategy for 2020-25 commits to empower our membership community to be even more successful in the fight against fraud through growing our data, intelligence and learning. In order to develop the strategy we interviewed a wide range of members and stakeholders to ensure that we accurately understood the key opportunities and threats we face as a membership community.

The feedback gave us a clear message to focus on delivering further value from existing Cifas services, growing our membership community, advocating on behalf of our membership on key issues, and innovate for the future.
